Cancellation Policy for Acts of God
In the event of an act of God, such as a natural disaster, bad weather or other unforeseeable event, that prevents the fulfillment of our contract, we will provide a partial refund to our customers. This refund will be calculated as the total cost of the service minus any associated fees related to the contract.
Associated fees may include, but are not limited to, administrative fees, processing fees, and any non-refundable deposits or payments made to third-party vendors. These fees will be clearly outlined in the contract and communicated to the customer at the time of booking.
To be eligible for a partial refund, customers must provide written notice of their intent to cancel within a reasonable time frame as outlined in the contract. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving written notice of cancellation.

SSI Drone Service Policy
- You must pay for the service before the first session is scheduled.
- You can cancel the service and get a refund if:
- You cancel before the last session is used.
- You cancel due to unforeseen circumstances that prevent the service delivery.
- You cannot cancel the service and get a refund if:
- You cancel after the last session is used.
- You cancel after the three-month expiry date of the package.
- You cancel due to personal reasons that are not related to the service quality or availability.
- You must submit a written cancellation and refund request within 10 business days of the cancellation date.
- We will review your request and notify you of the decision within 15 business days of receiving it.
- If your request is approved, we will deduct a fee of 15% from the total amount paid and refund the remaining amount for the unused sessions up to the value of the package.
- If your request is denied, we will explain why and offer an alternative solution.
- The service is non-transferable and can only be used by you or by an authorized representative with your written consent.
- We will extend the end date of the package to meet NAV Canada approval if you booked the service before the last day of validity and provided ample time (at least six business days) for NAV Canada approval process.
Privacy & Ownership
At our drone company, we prioritize the privacy and proprietary information of each client in all our dealings. We understand that the multispectral data gathered from agricultural fields and similar businesses is both sensitive and valuable. Therefore, we have implemented stringent data protection measures to ensure that this information is securely stored and handled. Our data security protocols comply with the highest industry standards, and we regularly update these measures to counter emerging threats.
However, it's important to note that the accurate processing of multispectral data necessitates the use of some third-party software. While we make every effort to use only those third-party providers that maintain the same level of commitment to data security as we do, we cannot guarantee their performance. Despite this, we assure you that each client retains full ownership and control over their data. We strictly adhere to a policy of non-disclosure, meaning the data we collect from a client's fields will never be shared with or sold to other parties. By prioritizing our clients' privacy and proprietary information, we aim to foster trust and build long-term relationships. Rest assured, your data is safe with us.
